LET'S FRY

When in doubt, make something fried. It’s easy, it’s fun, and with the right tools and techniques, it’ll be some of the tastiest food you’ve ever made.

There’s More Than One Way to Fry a Food

Before you jump into the deep end of the frying pan, check out our breakdown of how to fry what—and with what.

No Overcrowding

Crowding your pan with too much food when frying will cause the food to steam and keep it from getting crispy and brown.

Stick-Free Measuring

Coating your measuring tools with no-stick spray will make cleanup of sticky substances such as honey, mustards, or syrups easy.

Check Your Heat

To check the temp of oil for frying, drop a cube of bread in the pan. If it turns brown and bubbles in 30 seconds, your oil is ready to fry.
