Herbed Parmesan Pita Crisps
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 (6-inch) pita breads
- Crisco® Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
2. CUT each pita into eight wedges with kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. Separate top and bottom. Place the pieces, rough side up, on baking sheets. Generously spray with no-stick cooking spray.
3. MIX remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pitas pieces.
4. BAKE 6 to 8 minutes, or until the pitas are lightly browned and crisp.
