Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with Truvia
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- OR 1/4 cup Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA
- Salt and black pepper, to taste (optional)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

WHISK together preserves, vinegar, mustard, pepper and water in medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and additional black pepper, if desired.
