Strawberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves
- 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

COMBINE preserves, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.

POUR dressing into small bowl. Stir in poppyseeds. Cover and chill until serving time. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
