Grilled Lemon Halibut
INGREDIENTS:
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 (6 to 8 oz.) halibut fillets, about 1 1/2 inches thick
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Minced fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

SPRAY grill grate with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium high heat.

SEASON both sides of fish with generously with salt and pepper. Whisk together lemon peel and juice, oil and garlic in shallow dish. Add halibut; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.

REMOVE fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill halibut, turning once, just until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Transfer to plates, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve.

THIS LOOKS SCRUMPTIOUS --
I absoutely LOVE a fabulous grilled fish dish. This grilled Lemon Halibut is certainly a keeper. I feel the same about Grilled Tilipia and Grilled Trout.
