Quick and Easy Hash Browns

INGREDIENTS:
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 cups frozen diced potatoes (not shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
1. COAT a large heavy skillet generously with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat.
2. ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer in pan. Spray generously with no-stick cooking spray. Stir and toss to combine. Spray again with no-stick cooking spray. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. COOK, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve.
