Shrimp and Sweet Red Pepper Linguine
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 large red pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 pound linguine, cooked and drained
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook and stir until golden. Add onion and peppers, cooking until tender.

ADD shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until pink and tender. Serve over cooked linguine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.

I love this. Also can be served with steamed rice.

Very Great Dinner
This is a hit at my house. For easy I added frozen cut peppers worked very well and I also added pine nuts
This is a great meal and pretty too
I am on the 17 day diet and made it work in the 3 17 day rotation Yummy!!
Remember that olive oil spray is a good friend..
