Tag Along Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:
- CITRUS DRESSING
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- SALAD
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
- 2 cups seedless green grapes, cut in half
- 1 fresh pear, diced*
- 1 cup sliced banana*
- 1 cup sliced apple*
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows (optional)
- OPTIONAL GARNISH
- Fresh mint
- Toasted coconut
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
DRESSING
1. COMBINE oil, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in container with tight-fitting lid. Shake well.
SALAD
1. PLACE pineapple, oranges, grapes, pear, banana, apple and cherries in large serving bowl; add marshmallows, if desired.
2. SHAKE dressing.; pour over salad. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate. Garnish, if desired, with fresh mint or toasted coconut.
TIP *Cut fruit just prior to adding dressing to prevent discoloration.
