This recipe was on the back of a Crisco can about thirty years ago. I believe you dipped the steak in a mixture of flour and dry mustard and seasonings then browned it in Crisco. Then you added Worcestshire sause and the remaining flour mixture until it thickened. Thats all I remember except it was very good!
